For owners who ride it far and in all conditions, Accossato supplies the front pad AGPA96 in its Sintered compound, SKU AGPA96ST, listed for model years 2019 to 2021. Construction and Material Quality
Accossato states that the Sintered compound keeps grip high and constant across temperatures and grips well when the disc is wet. On a Svartpilen 701 heading over a pass with a bag on the back, that promise translates into a lever that arrives at the same point on every hairpin, even after a sudden shower. The friction block is fixed to the AGPA96 plate, so installation is a direct swap in the caliper.
