DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SP Fireblade adds electronic suspension and further equipment to an already track-focused machine, yet owners still ride it on public roads through every season. For the front calipers of the 2022 to 2025 SP, Accossato lists the AGPA106 and offers it with the Sintered mixture as article AGPA106ST. According to the factory, this version keeps a high and constant level of grip whether cold or hot, and it bites firmly in the wet. That makes it the road-oriented choice for SP owners who ride all year and want the same feel at the lever in any conditions.
Key Features
- Front pads for the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SP Fireblade, 2022 to 2025
- Sintered mixture on the AGPA106 shape, article AGPA106ST
- Stable grip at low and high temperatures, per Accossato
- Firm bite on wet tarmac
- For year-round riding and long trips
- Two calipers at the front, one box each
- EV1, EV2 and ZXC share this outline
- No German ABE held, supplied for competition
Construction and Material Quality
For this mixture, Accossato promises consistency in two directions: across temperature and across weather. The pad should respond in the same way on the first stop of a cool morning and after a long, spirited ride, and it should keep working when the road is wet. The company's general promises for its pads, a long life, heat held within bounds to reduce fade and strong stopping, also apply. The AGPA106 carrier takes the same place in the caliper as every other version of this article.
All-Season Stops on the SP
A CBR 1000 RR-R SP used on the road meets cold starts, damp shadows under trees and occasional rain. In those conditions, a front pad that behaves the same way from the first to the last stop takes guesswork out of riding. The rider can brake at the familiar point and with the familiar force without adjusting for the weather.
Look after the system as well. Check the pads regularly through the caliper opening, look at the front discs for scoring and change fluid on schedule. When fitting new pads, clean the pistons first, and after installation pump the lever until firm pressure is back. Bed the new set in with several moderate stops before a long ride.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists AGPA106ST for the front of the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SP from 2022 to 2025. The SP has two front calipers, so two boxes complete a full change. The 2020 and 2021 SP is not included in this front listing. At the rear, the AGPA42 is listed for the SP from 2020 to 2025. No Accossato disc is currently listed for this version.
Road Approval
Since we have no ABE or German approval document for AGPA106ST, we offer these pads for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
Two Sintered AGPA106 pads, enough for one front caliper of the SP.
