DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Accossato EM3217 is a rotating male fitting cut to an M10x1.25 thread, stainless steel, for the Easy Modular hose system. It covers the coarser of the two metric pitches offered on the rotating male fittings in this range, alongside the M10x1 version, EM3216.
Key Features
- Genuine Accossato fitting
- Stainless steel
- M10x1.25 thread
- Rotating male connector
- For Accossato Easy Modular hoses
Compatibility
Fits Easy Modular hoses with a rotating male M10x1.25 connection, threading into a matching female port. No vehicle list is given for this part, so the thread pitch should be confirmed against the mating component.
M10x1 or M10x1.25
Both metric threads look similar at a glance, but M10x1 and M10x1.25 cut a different pitch, so a fitting that looks the right diameter can still bind if the pitch does not match the port it is threaded into. Checking the pitch stamped on the original fitting, where one is still fitted, is a more reliable check than relying on diameter alone before ordering EM3217 rather than EM3216.
