DescriptionThe whole story▼
Honda's NC750X is a practical machine before it is anything else: a parallel twin built for commuting and weekend touring, with a storage compartment where most bikes carry their fuel. A good many are sold with the automatic dual clutch transmission, which leaves the rider with no clutch lever at all. What every NC750X does have is a front brake lever on the right, and that is the part which suffers when the bike is knocked over in a car park. Accossato lists the AGD207 for the NC750X from 2021 to 2025, a silver brake lever in the original shape.

Construction and Material Quality
On a bike built for everyday journeys, a replacement part earns its place by being unnoticeable. The AGD207 is an original spare parts type in Accossato's terms, which means it follows the form of the lever Honda fitted, so the cockpit of the NC750X looks untouched once it is on. Accossato designed the range for value for money and says that the process behind these levers gives them more resistance after damage or a crash. It is silver. No further specification is published by Accossato, and none is added by us.
When There Is No Lever on the Left
Riders coming to an automatic NC750X from a conventional bike notice the empty left-hand side of the bar within a few minutes, and they stop thinking about it soon after. It does change one thing, though. On a machine with only one hand lever, that lever is the whole of your hand-operated braking, and its condition matters more than it would on a bike where a second lever shares the space. Make a habit of looking at it whenever you clean the bike: it should sit square, move through its full travel without catching, and come back on its own. A lever bent inwards in a fall will often still work after a fashion, and that is exactly why it gets left on. Change it instead. When the new one goes on, clean the pivot and its bore and give them a thin coat of grease, check that the lever acts cleanly on the master cylinder piston with the free play the handbook specifies, and switch the ignition on to confirm that the brake light comes up as soon as you squeeze. Then test the front brake at walking pace before you join traffic.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the AGD207 for the NC750X from 2021 to 2025. No original-type clutch lever is given for this bike, which suits the automatic versions but means that owners of a manual NC750X will not find a left-hand spare in this range. The AGD207 is a widely shared part in our catalogue and also appears under the CB500X, the CRF1000L Africa Twin and the XL750 Transalp, so it is worth comparing photographs even if you own one of those. Accossato's CNC brake lever for the NC750X is the EDF018, with the ESH250 on the clutch side.
Road Approval
Test and approval documents for the AGD207, a German ABE among them, are not available to us, so the lever is offered for racing and competition use rather than for the public road.
