DescriptionThe whole story▼
Ask motocross riders how many levers they get through in a season, and many will need a moment to count. On a GasGas MC 450F, the big four-stroke in the range, falls come with the sport, and the brake lever at the right-hand end of the handlebar is one of the first parts to hit the ground. That is why experienced riders treat levers as consumables and never travel to the track without spares. For the MC 450F of 2023 to 2026, Accossato offers the AGD319, a silver brake lever in the original form.

Construction and Material Quality
The AGD319 is Accossato's original spare part type for GasGas and Husqvarna models, and its aim is plain: to put the bike back into its original style. The company says it can be fitted to replace the original without any difference in ergonomics or resistance, which matters to a rider on the MC 450F who is used to a particular feel at the front brake and does not want to adapt to a new one. It is silver, and Accossato does not specify anything more about it.
Why Crossers Go Through Levers
A motocross bike goes down far more often than a road bike. Falls in ruts, on jump landings or in the first turn are part of the sport, and many of them are harmless for the rider. The levers are a different matter. They sit at the widest point of the bike, and in a fall they take the full weight of the MC 450F at the end of the handlebar, so they bend, crack or snap off. Experienced riders plan for this. They keep two or three spare levers in the pit box, the right tool for the pivot next to them and a small tub of grease. They also know that a bent lever is not a spare. Straightening it in a vice may make it look usable, but the bend leaves a weak spot, and a lever that breaks on the next landing takes the front brake with it. After fitting a new one, clean and grease the pivot, check that the lever moves freely and springs back, and test the pressure point with the bike standing before riding out again.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the AGD319 for the MC 450F of 2023 to 2026. The same lever is catalogued at Inter-Pace for the MC 250 and the EC 250, and for Husqvarna's FE 450. Before ordering, hold our product photo next to the lever on your MC 450F and check the shape, above all if your bike was built outside those years.
Road Approval
We have no approval documents for the AGD319, neither an ABE nor a test mark, so it is intended for racing and competition.
