DescriptionThe whole story▼
The later Cafe and Street versions of the W800, built for 2019 and 2020, share a rear brake reservoir distinct from the earlier standard bike's own listing. Accossato's TS013 fits it, CNC-machined aluminium anodised across seven colours, in place of the plain cap Kawasaki fitted.
Key Features
- Rear brake fluid reservoir cap for the Kawasaki W800 Cafe and Street, 2019 and 2020
- Replaces the cap on the standard rear reservoir
- Aluminium, CNC-machined and anodised
- Seven colours: blue, black, orange, red, silver, green, gold
- FP005 oil filler cap also listed for this motorcycle
- Also listed for several Aprilia and Honda models
- No German ABE with us; catalogued for competition use
- A later-generation application specific to the Cafe and Street versions
Construction and Material Quality
The TS013's aluminium body comes off Accossato's CNC machines before a bath of anodising adds one of seven colours: blue, black, orange, red, silver, green or gold. A retro-styled twin like the W800 wears a great deal of chrome and painted bodywork from the factory, and a brightly anodised rear reservoir cap offers a rare chance to add a personal colour touch low on the bike without disturbing that period-correct finish anywhere else, a small departure most onlookers would never even notice at a glance.
A Reservoir Specific to the Newer Versions
Where the original W800 and the later Cafe and Street versions share plenty of styling cues, Accossato's records treat this particular rear reservoir as belonging only to the 2019 and 2020 bikes, which makes it worth confirming the exact version before ordering. Once confirmed, the fluid routine is unremarkable: level checked between the markings, the bike stood level before opening, and a change made on the handbook's own schedule, whatever the rest of the paintwork chooses to recall from an earlier decade.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the TS013 for the rear reservoir of the Kawasaki W800 Cafe and Street across 2019 and 2020. This W800 also takes the FP005 oil filler cap, which spans a wider range of years on its own separate listing covering the original model too. The same TS013 is additionally listed for the Aprilia Dorsoduro 900 and the Honda CBR 1000 RR, machines with an entirely different character to a retro-styled twin.
Road Approval
No ABE or test certificate for the TS013 is held by us, so the cap is listed for racing and competition purposes only.
Scope of Delivery
