The Accossato CNC-worked PRS 16x15-16-17 is a flagship radial clutch master cylinder for adventure, naked and sport-touring machines, built around a 16 mm piston with a lever pivot adjustable between 15, 16 and 17 mm. Instead of a conventional lever blade, it carries the Revolution Lever, which is tuned by adding or removing small inserts rather than by changing the pivot alone, and is supplied in seven colours to suit the rest of the motorcycle.

Construction and Material Quality
As a flagship Accossato product, this clutch master cylinder is CNC machined from aluminium billet in Italy and finished with natural anodising. The mounting hardware is stainless steel, the bleed valve is galvanised steel, and the piston seals are made from Formula 1 compound, chosen to keep sealing reliably through the heat cycles and fluid exposure a clutch system experiences near the engine. An offset riser inside the clamp reduces deflection of the unit while the gearbox is worked hard, and the internal passages are shaped to cut the passive stroke, the lever travel before the clutch actually starts to disengage, by more than half compared with a standard radial master cylinder.
Two Layers of Adjustment for the Clutch Lever
This unit lets the rider change the clutch feel in two separate ways. Moving the pivot between 15, 16 and 17 mm alters the basic relationship between hand effort and lever travel, a broad adjustment Accossato rates as suitable for all uses, while the Revolution Lever's own insert system allows a finer change in feel on top of whichever pivot position is selected. For a 16 mm piston, a size chosen for a progressive and easily modulated release rather than the lightest or firmest extreme in the range, that combination gives riders on adventure and naked bikes considerable scope to set the clutch up exactly as they want it.

Road Approval
This clutch master cylinder is not supplied with German road-approval documentation; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The package includes the Accossato CNC-worked PRS 16x15-16-17 radial clutch master cylinder fitted with the Revolution Lever in the colour selected, finished in natural anodised aluminium. Stainless steel mounting screws, the galvanised steel bleed valve and the Formula 1 compound seals are assembled on the unit. The brake light switch, available separately as ID001 or ID002, and the fluid reservoir are not included and must be purchased separately.
