The Accossato PK031 is a radial clutch master cylinder with an integrated fluid reservoir, pairing a 16 mm piston with a fixed 18 mm lever pivot distance that Accossato rates for track use and also recommends for everyday riding. The long folding lever, fitted with a relieving eyelet, is offered in seven colours, and the reservoir's adjusting knob and cover are finished to match.

Construction and Material Quality
The PK031 shares its forged aluminium body and CNC-worked cover and lever with the rest of the integrated-reservoir clutch range, so the reservoir's cover, adjusting knob and oil level marker all match the lever colour chosen. Stainless steel mounting screws, a zinc-plated bleed valve and Formula 1 compound seals make up the remaining hardware. An offset riser reduces flex of the unit while the gearbox is worked hard, and the internal geometry keeps the passive lever stroke short so that clutch input translates into movement with minimal delay.
A Firmer Pivot Than the Softest Pair in the Range
Where the 16 mm pivot distance used on some sibling clutch codes is described by Accossato as the softest setting in the range, the 18 mm pivot fitted here asks for a touch more hand force at the lever in exchange for a shorter, more direct stroke and a more immediate disengagement point. Accossato rates this 18 mm distance for track use while also recommending it for everyday street riding, which makes the PK031 a reasonable middle ground between the lightest clutch action available and the fully adjustable PRS versions elsewhere in the range. The 16 mm piston itself stays the same size used throughout the clutch range, so the change in feel comes entirely from the pivot geometry.

This master cylinder is not supplied with German road-approval documentation; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The package includes the Accossato PK031 radial clutch master cylinder with its integrated reservoir, fitted with a long folding lever and relieving eyelet (RST) in the colour selected, together with the mounting nut. Stainless steel mounting screws, the zinc-plated bleed valve and the Formula 1 compound seals are assembled on the unit. The stop light switch, available separately as ID001 or ID002, and the mirror holder, available separately as MH009 or MH010, are not included.
