DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Accossato PK032 is mechanically identical to the folding-lever PK031: the same 16 mm piston, the same fixed 18 mm pivot distance rated for track use and recommended for the road, and the same integrated reservoir with a colour-matched cover and oil level marker. The lever itself is fixed rather than folding here, offered in the same seven colours with a relieving eyelet.
Key Features
- 16 mm piston diameter for a progressive, controlled clutch release
- Fixed 18 mm lever pivot distance, for track use and also recommended for street use
- Fixed lever, long version, with relieving eyelet (RST), seven colours available
- Integrated fluid reservoir with a colour-matched cover, adjusting knob and oil level marker
- Forged aluminium body with a CNC-worked cover and lever
- Offset riser that reduces bending of the master cylinder during gear changes
- Stainless steel mounting screws and a zinc-plated bleed valve
- Seals manufactured from Formula 1 compound material
Construction and Material Quality
A fixed lever removes the folding pivot found on the PK031, which is the only structural change between the two: the forged aluminium body, the CNC-worked cover, the stainless steel screws, the zinc-plated bleed valve and the Formula 1 compound seals are otherwise unchanged. That single missing joint is why some owners choose the fixed version outright rather than treating the folding lever as the default, particularly on a clutch that gets pulled thousands of times over a riding season and benefits from having fewer parts that can wear loose.
Fixed Lever, Same Mid-Range Pivot Feel
A fixed lever and a folding lever pulling the same 16 mm piston through the same 18 mm pivot distance feel identical at the clutch; Accossato rates that distance for track use and also recommends it for the road, so neither version is the "sportier" pick in isolation. What actually separates the PK031 and PK032 is ergonomics off the bike rather than on it: whether the lever ever needs to fold flat against the bar for a tight garage, a trailer, or a bike that occasionally gets dropped at a standstill. Buyers who have already ruled that scenario out, and simply want one less joint in daily use, are the intended audience for this fixed-lever version.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato's data sheet for this part number lists 51 confirmed motorcycles. Representative examples include the Suzuki SV650X (2018-2018), the Kawasaki VERSYS 1000 (2012-2018), the BMW F800R (2009-2017) and the Honda CB1100RS (2017-2017). A dedicated Fitment tab on this product page sets out every confirmed year range; owners should cross-reference it with their own registration document before placing an order.
Road Approval
This master cylinder is not supplied with German road-approval documentation; it is intended for track and competition use.
