The Accossato CNC-worked PRS 19x17-18-19 combines two forms of adjustment in one flagship radial brake master cylinder: a 19 mm piston sized for dual-disc front brakes, with a lever pivot that can be moved between 17, 18 and 19 mm, and a Revolution Lever whose feel can be further changed by adding or removing inserts. It is aimed at riders who want the widest possible range of adjustment from a single unit, without having to choose between the PRS pivot system and the Revolution Lever design used elsewhere in the range.

Construction and Material Quality
This unit is CNC machined from aluminium billet in Italy and carries the same natural anodised finish as the rest of Accossato's flagship brake range. The screws are stainless steel, the bleed valve is zinc-plated steel, and the seals are made from Formula 1 compound to resist the heat cycles and fluid contact a front brake system sees over its working life. An offset riser in the mounting clamp reduces bending of the body under hard braking, and the fluid path is shaped to cut the passive stroke, the travel before the pads actually bite, by more than half compared with a standard radial master cylinder.
Two Ways to Adjust the Same Unit
Most Accossato radial master cylinders offer either a sliding PRS pivot or the insert-based Revolution Lever, but this version carries both. The 17, 18 and 19 mm pivot positions change the mechanical relationship between lever travel and piston movement, lightening or firming up the action in broad steps, while the inserts inside the Revolution Lever allow a finer adjustment on top of whichever pivot position is chosen. Accossato describes the full pivot range as suitable for all uses, so the combination gives a rider moving between the road and the track a wide window to find a brake feel that suits both without a different master cylinder for each.

Road Approval
This master cylinder is not supplied with German road-approval documentation; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The package includes the Accossato CNC-worked PRS 19x17-18-19 radial brake master cylinder fitted with the Revolution Lever in the colour selected, finished in natural anodised aluminium. Stainless steel mounting screws, the zinc-plated bleed valve and the Formula 1 compound seals are assembled on the unit. The stop light switch, available separately as ID001 or ID002, and the fluid reservoir are not included and must be purchased separately.
