The Accossato 19x20 with a folding lever is the sharpest-reacting unit in the dual-disc 19 mm range, using a fixed 20 mm pivot distance that shortens the lever's stroke at the cost of needing a firmer pull. Accossato does not recommend this pivot setting for road use, aiming it instead at track and competition riding where the fastest possible lever response counts for more than light effort. The long folding lever, with a relieving eyelet, is offered in seven colours on a CNC-machined, black anodised body made in Italy.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato CNC-machines the body of this master cylinder from aluminium and finishes it with black anodising at its Italian plant. The mounting screws are stainless steel, the bleed valve is galvanised steel, and the seals inside the bore are Formula 1 compound, chosen for resistance to heat and sustained brake fluid contact. A riser, off-set from the bar clamp, is built in to limit flex under hard braking, and the internal geometry shortens the passive stroke, the lever travel before the pads bite, by more than half next to a standard radial unit.
Shortest Stroke, Folding Lever
At 20 mm, the pivot distance here is the longest Accossato fits to the dual-disc 19 mm piston, which means less lever travel is needed to move the same amount of fluid, but more hand force is required to produce the same braking effect than at the shorter 18 or 19 mm settings. Accossato flags this trade-off directly and does not recommend the 20 mm pivot for street riding, positioning it for track and competition use where the shortest possible stroke and the fastest brake response matter more than a light lever. Fitted with a folding lever rather than the fixed type, this version adds crash protection for riders who still want that sharp, track-tuned feel on a bike that is occasionally parked outside the paddock.

Scope of Delivery
The package contains the Accossato CL035 radial master cylinder complete with the long folding lever with relieving eyelet (RST), in the lever colour selected, and the matching colour-anodised adjusting knob. Stainless steel mounting screws and the galvanised bleed valve are fitted; the stop light switch and fluid reservoir are not included and are ordered separately (switch under code ID001 or ID002, reservoir as a standalone item).
