DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Accossato 19x19 with a Revolution lever carries the dual-disc 19 mm piston and the fixed 19 mm pivot distance that Accossato rates for mixed track and street use, combined with a lever whose length is set by adding or removing inserts rather than fixed at a single reach. It suits riders who split time between road and track and also want the lever positioned exactly for their hand. The CNC-machined aluminium body is black anodised in Italy, with the lever available in seven colours.
Key Features
- 19 mm piston diameter, sized for dual-disc front brake systems
- Fixed 19 mm pivot distance, rated for mixed track and street use
- Revolution lever with length adjustment by adding or removing inserts
- Seven lever colours with a colour-matched mounting nut
- CNC-machined aluminium body with black anodised finish
- Offset riser that limits master cylinder deflection under hard braking
- Stainless steel screws and a galvanised steel bleed valve
- Seals manufactured from Formula 1 compound material
Construction and Material Quality
This master cylinder's body is CNC-machined from aluminium and anodised black in Italy, matching the standard used across Accossato's brake range. Every mounting screw is stainless steel, the bleed valve is galvanised steel, and the seals are a Formula 1 compound chosen to withstand brake fluid and heat over extended use. An off-set riser built into the clamp resists flex under hard braking, and the internal shaping cuts the passive stroke, the lever travel before the pads engage, by more than 50 percent next to a standard radial unit.
A Mixed-Use Pivot With an Adjustable Reach
The 19 mm pivot distance used here gives the same mixed track-and-street brake feel found on the standard fixed- and folding-lever 19x19 versions in this range, a setting that sits between the softer 18 mm and the sharper 20 mm options. What this version adds is the Revolution lever's own length adjustment, set independently of the pivot by adding or removing inserts at the blade. A rider can therefore dial in a lever reach that suits their hand first, then rely on the fixed 19 mm pivot to deliver a brake response that works equally well commuting during the week and lapping a circuit at the weekend, without the lever itself ever feeling like an afterthought.
Fitment and Compatibility
This brake master cylinder's fitment list runs to 65 motorcycles, with Aprilia's Shiver 900 and Tuono 660 confirmed alongside Kawasaki's GTR1400. Model years in full are available in the Fitment tab on this page; please weigh them against your own registration before ordering.
Road Approval
This brake master cylinder carries no ABE documented for this part number, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
