Light-coloured bodywork and wheels usually call for a lighter caliper to match, and the PZ004 in white coated finish is one of the brighter options Accossato offers for exactly that pairing. It is the familiar forged monobloc radial caliper, 108 mm centre distance, 22.5 mm offset, with four 34 mm aluminium pistons behind a fitted dust seal and AGPA134 pads already in the bore. Set against a white or light grey fairing, this finish tends to disappear into the colour scheme rather than contrast with it.

Construction and Material Quality
The body for this caliper is forged, machined on five-axis CNC equipment and checked on three-dimensional measuring machines in the same way as every other PZ004, with a hard oxidation treatment applied before the white coating goes on. Four 34 mm aluminium pistons sit inside, sealed by a fitted dust seal, and the AGPA134 pads are mounted ahead of despatch. White is simply a coating choice on top of this shared construction.
Pairing a Light Finish With Light Bodywork
Where a black or dark anodised caliper tends to recede against most bodywork colours, a white coated caliper draws more attention when the rest of the bike is also finished in light tones, matching rather than contrasting with white or pale grey fairings, frames or wheels. This is a purely visual pairing; the coating does not change how the caliper brakes, how it is machined or how the pistons and pads inside it perform compared with any other colour in the range. A light fairing kit or set of wheels is the usual reason a rider reaches for this finish over the darker or brighter alternatives.
Fitment and Compatibility
Our garage lists this caliper against 76 motorcycles in total, see the Fitment tab, a group spanning the Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX, the Honda CB1000R RA and the CFMOTO MT-X 800. Across those and other machines, Accossato documents 120 fitment entries for the PZ004, each one specific to a model year, so working through that tab rather than a general model name is the surer way to confirm a match. For a bike that is not shown there, lining up the 108 mm centre distance and 22.5 mm offset against the fitted disc and mount settles the question directly.
Road Approval
No ABE is documented for this caliper in Germany, so fitting it to a road-registered bike needs registering with the responsible authority before public road use. A qualified workshop should carry out the fitting, given that the brake system is safety-relevant.
