DescriptionThe whole story▼
Centre distance and offset are the two figures that decide whether a radial caliper such as the PZ007 will bolt onto a given bike, and Accossato offers this caliper, built to a 100 mm centre distance and 30 mm offset, in a blue coated finish among its range of painted and anodised options. Two aluminium pistons, 34 mm and 38 mm, sit behind a dust seal, and pads under code AGPA137 are supplied with the caliper. A pad compound and a choice of left caliper, right caliper or matched pair are set when ordering. Accossato lists it for racing and street use and matches it against 263 models in our garage.
Key Features
- Radial brake caliper, forged monobloc body
- Blue coated finish
- 100 mm centre distance, 30 mm offset
- Two aluminium pistons, 34 mm and 38 mm diameter
- Dust seal fitted, pads included under code AGPA137
- Sintered or ceramic pad compound to choose from
- Supplied as a left caliper, right caliper or matched pair
- Listed for 263 models in our garage, see the Fitment tab
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato forges the PZ007 body in one piece and finishes it on five-axis CNC machines, cutting the piston bores, mounting ears and bleed point from that single block. Checks on three-dimensional measuring equipment run through production, followed by a hard oxidation treatment ahead of painting. Two aluminium pistons, 34 mm and 38 mm, sit behind the dust seal, with AGPA137 pads fitted in whichever compound the buyer chooses.
Understanding Centre Distance and Offset
Centre distance measures the span between the two mounting bolt centres on a caliper body, fixed on the PZ007 at 100 mm, while offset, 30 mm here, describes how far that body stands away from the mounting face toward the disc. Both figures need to agree with the bracket and disc already fitted to a motorcycle, since a mismatch on either one pulls the pads off the centre of the disc surface. A rider working from these two numbers rather than from a listed model can confirm fitment on a bike that happens not to appear in the Fitment tab below; the blue coated finish has no part in that measurement.
Fitment and Compatibility
263 models carry a listing for the PZ007 in our garage, see the Fitment tab, among them the Aprilia Caponord 1200 RALLY, the Aprilia RSV4 FACTORY, the Aprilia RS 660 and the Aprilia RSV4 1100. 548 separate fitment rows sit behind that figure, most spanning several years for any one model named. Beyond that list, matching the 100 mm centre distance and 30 mm offset against the disc and caliper mount already fitted settles the question.
Road Approval
Accossato issues no ABE for the PZ007, so a road-registered motorcycle fitted with it instead of the original caliper needs registering with the responsible authority before public road use resumes. Track-only use under Accossato's racing rating does not require that step. Since the brake system is safety-relevant, fitting and bleeding should be carried out by a qualified workshop.
Scope of Delivery
1x Accossato PZ007 forged monobloc radial brake caliper in blue coated finish, supplied as a left caliper, right caliper or matched pair depending on the option chosen, with aluminium pistons, dust seal and pads in the selected compound already fitted.

We’re based in Germany. Standard delivery goes by DHL and national postal services and takes about 2–5 days within Germany, 1–2 weeks within the EU and 2–6 weeks outside the EU. Need it sooner? Express delivery reaches most of the world within a few days — just choose it at checkout where available.
Your exact shipping cost is calculated by destination and weight and shown at checkout before you pay — no hidden fees. Express delivery is selectable at checkout where available.
Yes, we ship to over 130 countries. Prices, taxes and delivery times for your destination are calculated automatically at checkout.
Within the EU, no — our prices already include all duties and EU VAT. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the UK or the USA), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are collected by the carrier when your parcel arrives, aren’t included in our prices, and are outside our control.
As soon as your parcel ships we email you a tracking link, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
On out-of-stock items you can request a delivery time or leave your email to be notified the moment it returns — just use the notification box on the product.
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Register your return by email first; once it’s approved you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Register your return by email with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll send you the return instructions. Please note: returns that aren’t registered in advance can’t be accepted.
The quickest way is to place a new order for the size you need and register a return for the original by email — just let us know it’s an exchange.
We’re sorry — that shouldn’t happen. Contact us with your order number and a photo as soon as you can, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away. Faulty goods are always covered by your statutory warranty.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 working days of your return reaching our warehouse.
PayPal, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna (pay later and instalments), Apple Pay, Google Pay and more — all processed securely via PayPal and Mollie.
