DescriptionThe whole story▼

Clubs that run their own trophy series tend to lean on this two-piece billet caliper from Accossato, now finished in copper oxidation and sold as the PZ011. Built to a 100 mm centre distance with a 30 mm offset, it carries a 34 mm and a 38 mm aluminium piston side by side behind a fitted dust seal, with a pair of AGPA96 pads already clipped in place. The same caliper is listed separately in six further oxidised colours.

Key Features

  • Two-piece billet radial brake caliper, made in Italy
  • 100 mm centre distance, 30 mm offset
  • Aluminium pistons, 34 mm and 38 mm diameter
  • Dust seal fitted
  • Pads included, code AGPA96, ST or ZXC compound
  • Copper oxidation finish
  • Listed for 252 models in our garage, see the Fitment tab
  • Supplied as a matched pair or right caliper

Construction and Material Quality

Rather than forging the body as one piece, Accossato machines the PZ011 in two separate billet sections on five-axis CNC equipment before joining them into the finished caliper. The company presents this as a way of trimming the overall size of the unit and giving more freedom for mounting on narrow forks than a single-piece monobloc design allows. Once the two halves are machined and checked, the copper oxidation treatment is applied as the final step, and the aluminium pistons, 34 mm and 38 mm in diameter, are fitted along with the dust seal and the included AGPA96 pads.

A Caliper for Weekend Club Racing

For a rider stepping up from trackday sessions to a club racing licence, the PZ011 in copper oxidation is often specified as a pair, putting matching calipers on both sides of the front end rather than mixing a new unit with the factory part. Accossato supplies the pads already fitted in either the ST sintered compound or the ZXC ceramic racing compound, so the choice that suits a club weekend, consistent bite as the session warms up, or the sharper initial bite a ceramic pad gives on a short circuit, can be made at the point of ordering rather than afterwards.

Fitment and Compatibility

For 252 models in our garage, see the Fitment tab, Accossato lists the PZ011 as a direct fit, covering machines such as the Aprilia RSV4, RSV4 1100 Factory, RS 660 Factory, Dorsoduro 1200 and Caponord 1200 Rally among the 507 fitment lines recorded. A rider preparing for a club race on a bike outside that list should still check the 100 mm centre distance and 30 mm offset against the fork and disc already fitted before entering.

Road Approval

Accossato does not document an ABE for the PZ011, so swapping it onto a road-registered motorcycle needs to be cleared with a registration authority before the bike goes back on the road; where the caliper is used for racing, as Accossato recommends, that step does not apply on a closed circuit. Fitting work on the braking system should always be left to a qualified workshop.

Scope of Delivery

1x Accossato PZ011 two-piece billet radial brake caliper in copper oxidation, supplied as a matched pair or right caliper depending on the option chosen, with aluminium pistons, dust seal and AGPA96 pads in the selected compound already fitted.

Estimate your shipping

Get the real shipping cost for this item to your address — the same rates as checkout.

Pick your countrySame rates as checkout

Choose a destination and hit Estimate — we fetch the live rates for this item.

How long does delivery take?

We’re based in Germany. Standard delivery goes by DHL and national postal services and takes about 2–5 days within Germany, 1–2 weeks within the EU and 2–6 weeks outside the EU. Need it sooner? Express delivery reaches most of the world within a few days — just choose it at checkout where available.

How much does shipping cost?

Your exact shipping cost is calculated by destination and weight and shown at checkout before you pay — no hidden fees. Express delivery is selectable at checkout where available.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to over 130 countries. Prices, taxes and delivery times for your destination are calculated automatically at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Within the EU, no — our prices already include all duties and EU VAT. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the UK or the USA), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are collected by the carrier when your parcel arrives, aren’t included in our prices, and are outside our control.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your parcel ships we email you a tracking link, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

What if an item is out of stock?

On out-of-stock items you can request a delivery time or leave your email to be notified the moment it returns — just use the notification box on the product.

Didn’t find your answer?

Our team will personally help you choose the right gear or part — around 24h for a reply.
