DescriptionThe whole story▼
Between long tours, a Suzuki GSX-S1000GX often serves as a practical daily bike: to work, to the shops, through town. The rear brake helps the tall crossover stay balanced at low speed. AGPP88 in the Organic (OR) mixture is Accossato's rear pad for the GSX-S1000GX from 2024 to 2026. It is intended for riders who use the GX in the city and want a smooth, quiet rear brake that treats the disc gently over many months of commuting.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato's summary of Organic is lasting performance with reduced disc wear. On the rear of a crossover used daily in town, that is a sensible priority. The Italian company also points to limited heat build-up, so fade stays low, and dependable stopping.
A Tall Bike in Slow Traffic
Riding a tall crossover like the GSX-S1000GX through a crowded town centre requires good balance at low speed. A light touch on the rear brake, combined with a little throttle, keeps the bike stable while you creep forward. An organic pad responds smoothly to that gentle pressure, even when cold, and usually stays quiet. When checking the chain, have a look at the rear pads and keep the disc clean. After fitting new pads, press the pedal until the pressure returns and use a few careful stops before a normal ride. Over a year of daily use, a rear disc that wears slowly saves a replacement, which is the practical reason many commuters choose an organic rear pad. The same smoothness helps when manoeuvring the GX in a tight garage or car park.
Fitment and Compatibility
In Accossato's application list, AGPP88 covers the Suzuki crossover GSX-S 1000 GX across the years 2024 to 2026. Because the GX brakes its rear wheel with just one caliper, a single box replaces everything at the back. Up front, the GX takes the AGPA106 pad, and the disc Accossato suggests for it carries the code DK251. Should you prefer a firmer all-weather feel at the rear, the pad is made in Sintered too.
Road Approval
AGPP88OR is sold without an ABE or German test document, which is why we list it for competition use.
