DescriptionThe whole story▼
On a Kawasaki Z900RS, the rear brake handles much of the delicate work: slow U-turns in a village square, easing into a parking bay, keeping the bike steady on a steep gravel drive. Accossato's AGPP88 rear pads in the Organic (OR) compound are listed for the Z900RS from 2018 to 2026. The organic mix gives a smooth, quiet pedal and looks after the rear disc, which suits owners who ride at a relaxed pace and value a tidy bike.
Key Features
- Organic (OR) compound for the rear caliper
- Kawasaki Z900RS, 2018 to 2026
- Soft, well-graded pedal response
- Designed to limit disc wear, per Accossato
- Quiet during slow manoeuvres
- Two pads per box for the rear caliper
- AGPA109 front pad and DK236 disc listed
Construction and Material Quality
According to Accossato, the organic compound delivers longer performance while reducing disc wear. On the rear of a Z900RS, that means a pad and disc that last well. The company also designs its pads for low wear, a long life and restrained heat build-up to prevent fade.
Slow Riding with Style
Riding slowly and smoothly is part of the pleasure of a bike like the Z900RS, whether you are pulling up outside a café or turning around in a narrow lane. A gentle rear brake helps with that. An organic rear pad gives the rider a progressive feel that makes low-speed control easier and does not squeal when cold. When fitting new pads, clean the caliper, pump the pedal until firm and bed the pads with a few gentle stops. Check the rear disc for wear while the wheel is easy to reach, and keep chain lube and polish away from it. Riders who keep their Z900RS spotless will also appreciate that a gentle organic pad helps the rear wheel stay reasonably clean between washes, and that the disc keeps its smooth surface for longer.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the AGPP88 for the rear of the Kawasaki Z900RS, entry Z 900 RS (2018-2026). One box fits the rear caliper. The AGPA109 is the front pad listed for the RS, and Accossato's DK236 disc is listed too. The AGPP88 is also available in Sintered (ST).
Road Approval
We have no ABE or test mark documentation for these pads, so we offer them for racing and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
