DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Kawasaki Eliminator 500 SE is the more generously equipped version of Kawasaki's middleweight cruiser, and its owners often use it for relaxed rides out of town and the daily trip to the office. Accossato's AGPA77 pad in Organic mixture fits both calipers of the Eliminator 500 SE built from 2024 to 2026. It is designed for riders who want smooth, quiet braking and would rather replace pads than discs.
Key Features
- AGPA77 pads for the Kawasaki Eliminator 500 SE, 2024 to 2026
- Organic mixture, SKU AGPA77OR
- One pad type for the front and the rear
- Accossato cites long performance and reduced disc wear
- Smooth response for relaxed cruising
- Low noise at walking pace
- ST version offered as well
- No ABE on file; track use only
Construction and Material Quality
For the Organic compound, Accossato stresses durability and care for the disc: the pad is said to keep working for a long period while wearing the disc surface only lightly. For an Eliminator 500 SE owner who plans to keep the bike for many years, that is a sensible priority. The maker also claims its pads fade less because heat stays moderate, and that they still give firm stopping power. The block is fitted to the regular AGPA77 plate.
Looking After the Discs
Discs are the more expensive part of the brake system, and on a cruiser that covers steady mileage, sparing them makes financial sense. An organic pad is a gentle partner for the disc surface, which is why many riders of bikes like the Eliminator 500 SE choose it for leisure riding. It also feels calm at the lever, biting progressively rather than suddenly.
To get the most from both pads and discs, keep the discs free of grease, avoid spraying polish near the wheels and check the disc surface for grooves when changing pads. A few moderate stops after fitting new pads allow them to bed in evenly before a longer trip on the SE.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists AGPA77 for both brakes of the Kawasaki Eliminator 500 SE from 2024 to 2026, and it also catalogues the DK271 disc for this model. A box covers one caliper; front and rear together need two boxes. Check the old pads against the new ones before fitting.
Road Approval
Neither an ABE nor a German test mark for AGPA77OR is available to us. We supply these pads for competition use.
