The MT-09 Sport Tracker was a short-lived styled edition of Yamaha's triple, sold for the 2015 and 2016 model years with a tracker-inspired look. Today many of them are cherished second bikes, taken out for a coffee run or a relaxed evening ride. For that kind of use, Accossato lists the AGPA97OR, a front pad for the Sport Tracker in its Organic (OR) compound, which is designed to work smoothly at modest speeds and to leave the original discs in good condition.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato presses its organic material onto the AGPA97 plate to make this pad. The claim it makes for the compound is modest and practical: performance that lasts and a disc that wears less. On a Sport Tracker that sees gentle weekend miles, that is a better fit than a racing compound that wants heat to work well. The pad also follows Accossato's general design approach of keeping temperatures moderate to avoid fade.
A Second Bike That Waits in the Garage
Machines that are ridden now and then have their own brake issues. Between outings, moisture settles on the discs and a thin layer of rust forms, pistons can stiffen, and the brake fluid slowly absorbs water from the air. When a Sport Tracker comes out after a fortnight, the first few stops should be gentle, to clean the discs and let the pads bed back in. An organic pad handles this well because it grips from cold and does not mind light use. Once a year, change the brake fluid regardless of mileage, and each spring pull the calipers to clean and lubricate where the manufacturer recommends.
Fitment and Compatibility
The Sport Tracker is catalogued by Accossato for model years 2015 and 2016, with the AGPA97 at the front and the AGPP88 at the rear. Its front wheel runs two calipers, so buy two boxes and replace both pairs in one session. Clean the pistons before pressing them back, check that the discs are within limits and look at the fluid colour. Accossato also offers the DK077 and DKS073 discs for this model. After fitting, pump the lever until it is solid.
Road Approval
We have no German ABE or test documents for this pad. The AGPA97OR is therefore offered for use on circuits and in competition.
