The first generation of the water-cooled Triumph Bonneville T120, built from 2016 to 2020, uses Accossato's AGPA72 front pad. This set is made in the Organic compound for owners who use the 1200 twin as it was intended: a comfortable modern classic for commuting, short tours and Sunday rides. It gives a soft, progressive response and treats the disc kindly.

Construction and Material Quality
The Organic compound, says Accossato, gives long-lasting performance while limiting wear on the disc. For a T120 that covers everyday miles, that means a brake that keeps its smooth character and a disc that should last. The initial bite is gentle, which makes stopping in slow traffic feel easy and controlled.
The 2016 to 2020 T120 and the ACE
Accossato's list for this pad includes both the standard T120 and the T120 ACE, the café-styled edition of 2019 and 2020. Both share the same front pad from 2016 to 2020. From 2021 the T120 uses AGPA29 instead, so the model year decides which box you need. For owners of an early T120, the AGPA72 in Organic form is the everyday choice.
Quiet Commuting
A T120 used for commuting spends a lot of time in slow traffic with cold brakes. An organic pad behaves well in those conditions and avoids the harshness some riders notice with more aggressive compounds. Fit both pads together, clean the pistons first, check disc and fluid, then pump the lever and bed the pads in gently.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists AGPA72 for the front of the Bonneville 1200 T120 from 2016 to 2020 and for the T120 ACE from 2019 to 2020. Later T120 bikes from 2021 to 2023 use AGPA29 at the front. At the rear, AGPA76 covers 2016 to 2023, and Accossato also lists the disc DK203. Count your front calipers before ordering; each box covers one.
Road Approval
We have no ABE or German test mark on file for AGPA72OR, so it is sold for racing and competition use.
