The Triumph America is a relaxed cruiser built around the air-cooled parallel twin of the modern Bonneville family, with forward controls, a low seat and wide bars. Accossato lists the AGPA72 front pad for the America from 2003 to 2016, covering the America 800 of 2003 to 2006 and the America 900 of 2007 to 2016. This is the Organic version, made for easy-going riding, town traffic and owners who want a quiet brake that is kind to the disc.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato's short description of the Organic mixture is that it stays effective for a long time and limits wear on the disc. For a cruiser that often runs up high mileage at a gentle pace, that is a sensible priority: the disc lasts longer, the pad wears evenly and the brake keeps the same feel between services. The company, founded in Moncalieri near Turin in 1969, also designs its pads to limit heat build-up and to stop dependably.
Cruising at an Easy Pace
Riders choose the America for its calm character. They roll along coastal roads, ride into town for coffee and enjoy the twin's easy torque rather than chasing corners. Their front brake is mainly used for moderate stops, often at low speed and with a cold disc. An Organic pad feels natural in that role: it bites softly from the first touch, is easy to dose at walking pace and usually stays quiet. Over the years it also helps the front disc last. For riders who tour in all weathers or carry a passenger often, the ST version of this plate is the more consistent option.
Low-Speed Control
Forward controls and a relaxed riding position make slow manoeuvres on a cruiser a matter of practice. A progressive front brake helps in car parks, filling stations and tight turns.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists AGPA72 at the front of the Triumph America for the entire run from 2003 to 2016, split into the America 800 and the America 900. Check how many front calipers your bike has, since each box covers one. The America's rear pad in the same catalogue is AGPA76, also 2003 to 2016. Change pads on both sides of an axle at the same time.
Road Approval
We do not have an ABE or any approval paperwork for AGPA72OR. It is therefore offered for racing and competition.
