DescriptionThe whole story▼
A rider swapping between a 250 and a 450 before settling on the current KTM 350SX-F is a common path into this class, usually after realising neither extreme quite suited the way they actually ride a track. Accossato's enlarged Ergal footpegs for the 350SX-F of 2023 to 2026 come in orange, blue or black.
Key Features
- Enlarged footpegs for the KTM 350SX-F, model years 2023 to 2026
- Ergal, a high-strength aluminium alloy
- Broader base for riders settling on a mid-size bike
- Accossato's stated use: motocross, enduro and off-road riding
- Orange, blue or black
- Two pegs, left and right, sold together
- Earlier 350SX-F generations use separate Accossato sets
- No approval documents on file; for competition
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato states two things about this footpeg and no more: enlarged shape, Ergal material, meant generally for motocross, enduro and off-road motorcycles; Ergal ranks among the high-strength aluminium alloys. The current 350SX-F takes the pair in orange, blue or black, one peg to each side of the bike.
Settling on the Middle Ground
Riders who have tried both ends of the motocross four-stroke range sometimes arrive at the 350SX-F almost by elimination, having found the 250 a little light on drive out of slow corners and the 450 more bike than they wanted to wrestle for an entire moto. The 350 rarely wins on any single measure against either rival, but it rarely disappoints either, which is exactly the appeal for a rider who has already compared the alternatives on the same track, back to back.
That same searching, comparative mindset often extends to the small parts on the bike, including footpegs, where riders who have tried a few options know precisely what a narrow, worn peg feels like underfoot and actively look for something broader before it becomes a problem. A footpeg that gives steady, dependable support suits a rider who has already done the comparing elsewhere on the bike and knows exactly what they are looking for in this one small part.
Fitment and Compatibility
This FR809 fits the 350SX-F only from the 2023 model year onward; a 2011 to 2015 bike needs the FR795, and a 2016 to 2022 bike the FR798, each sold in its own set of colours. Please check the build year stamped on your bike before ordering, and get in touch if anything about the fitment seems unclear. We also list this same FR809 against several other current KTM machines.
Road Approval
We hold no ABE or similar approval for this footpeg, and it is therefore offered for competition use.
Scope of Delivery
