The 2025 Triumph Tiger Sport 800 is a road bike first and foremost, so an off-road pad is an unusual pairing. Accossato nevertheless lists its AGPP91 rear pad for this model in its Off-road sintered (STMX) compound, the company's mix for riders who leave the tarmac. It is relevant only for owners who regularly take the bike onto gravel roads or unmade tracks, for example to reach remote campsites or mountain passes without a surfaced road.

Construction and Material Quality
There is exactly one line from the manufacturer on STMX, and it names its audience: riders who go off-road. We do not pad that line out with talk of ingredients we cannot verify. The umbrella promises Accossato makes across its catalogue still hold, those being durability, composure as the brake warms, and a solid stop.
An Honest Word on Choice
Most people who buy a Tiger Sport 800 will never need this pad, and we would rather say so. Where it does earn a place is with the owner whose holidays keep ending at the far side of a track: a white road through Tuscan hills, a chalk lane to a cottage, a pass whose top section was never sealed. Those surfaces coat everything in fine powder and throw up stones, and a puddle at speed chills a warm disc in a blink. A compound conceived with dirt in mind suits that pattern. Keep the rest of the approach modest too: road tyres and road suspension ask for a gentle throttle and soft inputs on loose ground, and the friction material will wear quicker than it does on asphalt, so look at it more often.
Fitment and Compatibility
On the 2025 Tiger Sport 800, AGPP91 goes in the rear caliper; that is the full extent of Accossato's listing for this bike, which includes no front pad and no disc. Brush dust out of the caliper before the new pads go in, wipe the rotor with clean solvent, and give the pedal several firm presses in the garage so pressure is back before the first metre of gravel.
