The 2025 Triumph Tiger 900 RALLY PRO is Triumph's most off-road-capable Tiger 900, and owners who use it as intended spend much of their time on trails, gravel and sand. Accossato lists rear pad AGPP91 for this model in its Off-road sintered (STMX) compound, the company's mix for riders who leave the tarmac. It suits owners who attend off-road training, join adventure rallies or simply explore unpaved roads every weekend.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato's description of STMX is a statement of purpose: the compound it makes for riders who go off-road. The company, which took the Enduro world title in 1985, has decades of experience with dirt-bike parts. Its general claims for its pads are slow wear, fade resistance through limited heat build-up and strong stopping power; we add nothing about the materials.
Training Days and Adventure Rallies
At an off-road training day, instructors usually spend a surprising amount of time on the rear brake: how to use it standing up, how to control a steep descent with it, how to use a controlled slide to turn a big bike on loose ground. On an adventure rally, the same skills are used for hours at a time, in dust, mud and water. In all of this, the rear pad works harder than on any road ride, and in far dirtier conditions. A dirt-specific compound is designed for that. After a day of training or a rally stage, wash the rear caliper, check how much pad material remains and remove any stones caught around the disc. For road-only riders, OR or ST make more sense.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists AGPP91 for the rear of the Tiger 900 RALLY PRO for 2025; no other RALLY PRO years are included in this listing. There is no Accossato front pad or disc for the model in our data. Clean the piston before pushing it back, keep chain lube away from the disc and pump the pedal until firm before riding.
Road Approval
We have no German ABE or approval paperwork for this pad. It is offered for off-road sport and competition.
