Few people would call a Triumph Street Triple 675 an adventure bike, yet the AGPP91 rear pad that Accossato lists for the 2013 to 2016 models is also made in the Off-road sintered compound, labelled STMX. The reason is simple: the same pad outline is used on other machines, including dirt bikes. For a 675 owner this version only makes sense where the bike regularly crosses loose ground, for instance a rough access road to a rural property or a gravel yard at work.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato gives STMX a one-line description: the compound it makes for off-road riders. It does not publish a composition, and neither do we. What the maker does say about its pads generally is that they aim to wear slowly, limit heat and fade, and stop strongly. Mounted on the AGPP91 plate, the STMX material fits the 675 rear caliper exactly like the road versions; only the friction recipe differs.
An Honest Word on Choosing STMX
Most Street Triple 675 riders will never need this pad. If the bike lives on tarmac, a road compound from the same shape is the sensible pick. STMX earns its place when dust, sand or wet clay reach the rear brake as a matter of routine rather than now and then. Riders in that position often notice a gritty, grinding feel at the pedal and faster disc wear; a pad designed around dirty conditions is meant for exactly that environment.
After a Dirty Ride
Hose the rear wheel area gently rather than with a high-pressure jet, which can push grime past the piston seal. Once dry, look through the caliper to check both pads have similar thickness. At replacement time, clean the piston, look for torn dust boots, press everything home and work the pedal until it is hard. A few slow stops on clean tarmac then bed the fresh set in.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato assigns the AGPP91 to the back wheel of the Street Triple 675 from 2013 to 2016; for earlier bikes there is no entry on this sheet. A single box covers the rear. Up front the same machine uses the AGPA72 for 2008 to 2016, and Accossato lists its DK203 disc as well.
