DescriptionThe whole story▼
On race day, the rear brake of a Husqvarna TC 125 is buried in mud, sand or dust more often than it is clean. Accossato's rear pad AGPP80 in the Off-road sintered compound, SKU AGPP80STMX, is made for that environment and listed for model years 2014 to 2026. It is for racers and committed club riders who compete every weekend, who spend Sunday evening at the wash bay and who want a rear compound that was mixed with dirt in mind.

Construction and Material Quality
STMX is, in Accossato's words, the compound for off-road riders. On the TC 125 it sits on the AGPP80 carrier and fits the rear caliper directly. The Italian maker, today based in Villastellone near Turin, has built parts for dirt racing for a long time. Its environment is grit, water and clay, which is precisely where a motocross rear brake spends its working life.
Race Weekends in the Dirt
In deep sand the rear brake helps the TC 125 settle before a turn; in clay ruts it helps the bike drop into the line. Every lap packs more dirt into the caliper, and a compound designed for that keeps working without complaint. Between motos, knock the worst of the mud off, and after the event wash the caliper gently rather than blasting it with high pressure. Check the pad depth frequently, because sand and grit wear friction material quickly.
Clean the piston thoroughly before pushing it back when changing pads, so no dirt is forced past the seal.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists AGPP80 for the rear brake of the Husqvarna TC 125, model years 2014 to 2026, and AGPA29 for the front. The discs DK017 and DK018 are also available. On dry practice tracks, OR is an alternative in this outline. Compare the worn pads before fitting the new set to the TC 125.
Road Approval
We cannot show an ABE or test mark for this STMX set, so it is sold for motocross racing.
Scope of Delivery
