DescriptionThe whole story▼
This green CY043 pairs the 19x20 pivot geometry, sharper and quicker than the more common 18 mm setting but less suited to ordinary street riding, with a forged body painted green rather than left anodised or plated. A black Revolution lever is fitted, with reach set by inserts instead of a fixed long or short design. Buyers cross-shopping Accossato's painted range should note this 19x20 unit trades the CY042's road-friendly 18 mm pivot for a firmer, track-biased 20 mm setting.
Key Features
- 19 mm piston diameter for dual-disc front brake systems
- 20 mm lever pivot, quicker stroke, not recommended for street use
- Revolution lever in black, length adjustable with inserts
- Forged and painted body in green
- CNC-machined, fully made in Italy
- Offset riser that limits body flex under hard braking
- Stainless steel mounting screws and a zinc-plated bleed valve
- Seals in Formula 1 compound material
Construction and Material Quality
The CY043 body is forged aluminium, CNC-machined to size and then painted green, with the same stainless mounting screws, zinc-plated bleed valve and Formula 1 compound seals fitted across every colour in the painted range. An offset riser is built into the clamp to resist flex under a hard stop, and the bore geometry cuts the lever's passive travel by more than half against an ordinary radial unit.
A Painted Body, Not Bare Aluminium
Unlike the natural anodised or nickel-plated bodies sold on Accossato's unpainted 19x20 cylinders, this CY043 is forged and then painted, covering the machined surface completely in a solid colour rather than leaving the aluminium visible. Accossato offers the painted line specifically as a cosmetic option for bikes where a coloured master cylinder suits the rest of the build. As on the rest of the CY043 range, the Revolution lever stays black on this green body, with reach set by inserts rather than a choice of lever length.
Fitment and Compatibility
This green CY043 is confirmed for the same 65 motorcycles as the rest of the painted range, including the Suzuki GSX-R1000R, Honda GL1800 Gold Wing, BMW R18, Kawasaki NINJA H2R and Ducati Monster 797; the Fitment tab lists the full range with model years. The 19x20 cylinder with the Revolution lever also comes with black, blue, red, silver and fluorescent yellow painted bodies. This green CY043 needs the same firmer lever pull as the rest of the 20 mm range, a trade-off Accossato reserves for track and competition use.
Road Approval
This master cylinder is not supplied with German road-approval documentation; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery

The brake light switch (ID001 or ID002) and the fluid reservoir are not included.
