The ZX-10RR of 2021 to 2024 is the most focused version of Kawasaki's superbike and the model on which its racing machines are based, and many of those sold spend their lives on circuits. Race weekends for such bikes follow a fixed rhythm of practice, qualifying and races, with small tasks to finish before each call to the holding area. The last sensible moment to think about fuel comes well before the sighting lap. Accossato's FC126 fits this RR: a quick-release fuel tank cap in CNC-machined aluminium, with a quick-closing pawl and a pin in the colour you choose.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato turns the FC126 out of aluminium on CNC machines and uses no other material for the body, describing the cap as robust and durable and its design as new. The quick-closing pawl is the working part. It lets a mechanic open the ZX-10RR's tank in a moment, add what the next race needs and close it again, without fiddling while the clock runs. Its pin comes in six colours. Should the pawl be damaged in a crash, Accossato can supply a new one on its own.
The Last Look Before the Sighting Lap
At most club meetings the sequence before a race is the same: the call to the holding area, a wait, then out for a sighting lap and onto the grid. Once the bike has left the paddock, a forgotten job is hard to put right, and nobody should be pouring fuel in a holding area full of riders and hot engines. So the fuel decision is made earlier, under the awning, based on the race distance, the circuit and the notes from practice. With the ZX-10RR switched off and on its stands, add the planned amount, close the FC126 and wipe the tank top clean. Then ask a mechanic or a friend to look at the cap once more as the warmers come off, a two-second check that soon becomes routine. On the grid there should be nothing left to do with the fuel system. If something is wrong there, tell an official and follow the procedure of your series rather than improvising.
Fitment and Compatibility
The FC126 is on Accossato's list for the ZX-10RR of 2021 to 2024, and we list it for those years. The earlier RR of 2017 and 2018 appears with a different cap, the FC113, and no RR entry covers 2019 or 2020. In our range the FC126 is also listed for the Ninja 400 and the Ninja 1000 SX. Please compare your RR's year with the list before ordering.
Road Approval
No German ABE and no parts certificate are on record for the FC126, so we sell it for circuits and competition. An RR that is still registered for the road should wear its original cap there; it normally opens only with the ignition key.
