The Streetfighter V4 S adds electronically controlled suspension and forged wheels to Ducati's V4 naked bike, a specification that suits circuit days as well as the road. Not every owner has a garage at home, though, and plenty of these bikes live in a rented lock-up or a space in a shared underground car park. Keeping a bike with fuel in its tank in someone else's building brings its own responsibilities. For the Streetfighter V4 S of 2020 to 2025, Accossato offers the FC105, a CNC-machined aluminium tank cap with a quick-closing pawl and six pin colours to choose from.

Construction and Material Quality
All of the FC105 is CNC-machined aluminium, and Accossato describes it as robust and durable; the design is the company's own. The quick-closing pawl lets the tank of the Streetfighter V4 S open and close quickly, and the pin on that pawl is available in six colours. A damaged pawl does not mean a new cap, because Accossato supplies the pawl as a separate part.
The Rented Lock-Up
Rented garages and shared car parks come with rules, and fuel usually features in them. Many rental agreements restrict or forbid the storage of spare fuel cans, so the cans for circuit days are better kept somewhere well ventilated where storage is permitted, and filled on the way to the track. The bike itself stands there with fuel in its tank, which makes the filler cap more important than usual. If the Streetfighter V4 S comes back from a circuit with the Accossato cap still fitted, check it before you close the garage door: pawl fully closed, cap sitting flat, no smell of fuel around the rim. Better still, refit the original cap before the bike is put away, since the next ride will start on the road anyway. Do cap swaps in the open air outside the building, with a cold engine, never inside a lock-up with the door pulled down, and keep a cloth ready for drips. A dry garage with no smell of fuel keeps both the landlord and the neighbours happy.
Fitment and Compatibility
For the Streetfighter V4 S, Accossato's list contains several entries between 2020 and 2025, the standard S and its later variants among them, and every one of them names the FC105. Our catalogue links the same cap to the Panigale V4 S, the Panigale V2 and the Diavel as well. Confirm your version on the application list first. As described above, the swap is done outdoors on a cold engine, and the seal should sit evenly before the tank is filled.
Road Approval
The FC105 has no German ABE and no documented expert report, so it is intended for track use. The Streetfighter V4 S comes with a factory cap that normally locks, and on public roads that cap stays on; the Accossato cap is no easy stand-in there.
