Kawasaki's newest sport-tourer, the Ninja 1100SX, carries the Ninja 1000SX's formula forward for the 2025 and 2026 model years with a larger engine underneath. Its front reservoir takes the same style of cap as its predecessor, and Accossato's TS005 fits it, CNC-machined aluminium anodised in seven colours.

Construction and Material Quality
The TS005 is machined from aluminium on CNC equipment and anodised afterwards in blue, black, orange, red, silver, green or gold. Carrying the Ninja 1100SX's larger engine forward from the 1000SX kept the brake reservoir unchanged, which is why the same cap continues across both. A new bike still benefits from the anodised finish's resistance to fading, something that matters over however many years it stays on the road. Buying the newest version of a familiar model does not mean starting its maintenance habits from nothing.
A New Engine, a Familiar Reservoir
Kawasaki's decision to leave the front reservoir alone while enlarging the engine underneath means an owner of the new Ninja 1100SX inherits exactly the same brake maintenance routine as the 1000SX before it. Fluid level between the markings, changes on the handbook's schedule, and a cap that can be swapped for colour without touching anything else, carry over unchanged. Anyone stepping up from the smaller engine will recognise every part of this routine from the bike they are replacing, down to the shape of the cap itself.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the TS005 for the Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX across the 2025 and 2026 model years. No other Accossato cap currently appears for this motorcycle. The same TS005 is also listed for several other recent Kawasaki and Honda models sharing that reservoir design, which means an owner trading between current sport-tourers from either maker is likely to find the identical cap waiting on the next bike too.
Road Approval
Accossato has not supplied an ABE or comparable document for the TS005, so it is listed for competition use.
