DescriptionThe whole story▼
MV Agusta's bodywork is part of what justifies the badge, shaped and finished with a level of attention that a mainstream manufacturer rarely bothers with on a naked bike, and a scuff on that bodywork from a careless tip-over stands out more than it would on a plainer machine. For the Brutale 675 built between 2012 and 2018, Accossato's TP026 crash pads give that distinctive bodywork a sacrificial edge to lean on instead, whatever particular colour you happen to choose for the insert itself this time.
Key Features
- Crash pads for the MV Agusta Brutale 675, 2012 to 2018
- Accossato part TP026, two pads in the pack, one per side
- CNC-machined aluminium body with a colour-anodised insert
- Insert available in blue, green, black, red, silver or gold
- Optional matching screw cover in the same insert colour
- Fitting may call for drilling on some applications
- Pairs with the PF034 front axle sliders for the same Brutale 675
- No German ABE on file; listed for racing and competition use
Construction and Material Quality
Starting as a raw aluminium blank, the TP026 gets its shape on a milling machine before the anodised insert goes in, in the colour chosen, so the hue sits inside the metal rather than on its surface. A matching screw cover is available separately. Two pads make up the box, and Accossato's own documentation never actually confirms whether further hardware comes included alongside them.
Bodywork Worth Protecting
Part of the appeal of an MV Agusta is the detailing on panels that a mainstream manufacturer would mould from plain plastic, and that extra attention to styling means a scuffed panel costs more to put right, both in money and in how the bike looks afterwards. A crash pad takes the scrape of a low-speed tip-over on a replaceable aluminium edge instead, leaving the distinctive bodywork untouched. Ask us before ordering whether drilling is needed on your particular Brutale 675.
Fitment and Compatibility
Built across 2012 to 2018, the Brutale 675 is the specific application for this TP026 listing; confirm your exact year before ordering. MV Agusta carries the identical pad over to the Brutale 800, plus the Rivale 800, the Stradale 800 and the Turismo Veloce Lusso RC SCS 800, spreading one crash pad across a surprisingly wide model range.
Road Approval
There is no German ABE or comparable approval paperwork for the TP026, so Inter-Pace offers this pair for racing and competition use on the Brutale 675, not for ordinary road use.
Scope of Delivery
Two CNC-machined aluminium crash pads with your chosen insert colour, plus a matching screw cover if that option is added.
