A Moto Guzzi V7 III Racer stripped of lights and mirrors, with race numbers on its flanks, is a common sight in classic and twin-cylinder racing. For such a bike Accossato offers the EV2 racing compound for the front caliper. It fits the V7 III Racer 750 from 2017 to 2020 and is intended for timed practice, qualifying and races, where every braking zone is taken at the limit.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato calls EV2 a top racing compound. It is designed to deliver full stopping force lap after lap, with heat kept in check so the response does not drift and wear stays reasonable over a race weekend. That makes it a pad for the circuit rather than for public roads.
Qualifying on a Twin
Qualifying a V7 III Racer is about linking a handful of good corners into one clean lap. On a bike with modest top speed, the time is made by braking late and precisely and carrying speed to the apex. The EV2 compound suits riders who apply the brake hard and consistently at a fixed marker, and it is designed to feel the same on the last flying lap as on the first. Bring the pads up to temperature with firm stops on the out lap, then commit.

Check pad thickness after every session and write it down. Keep discs clean, look for any fluid seepage at the caliper and bleed the system if the lever travel grows over the weekend.
Fitment and Compatibility
These pads fit the front caliper of the Moto Guzzi V7 III Racer 750 from 2017 to 2020. Accossato's listing, V7 III 750 Racer, spans more years, but we list this product for 2017 to 2020 only. One box per caliper; check how many front calipers your bike carries. The same pad is also available as OR, ST, EV1 and ZXC. Rear pad AGPA28 and disc DKS032 are listed by Accossato for this Racer.
