The Zero SR of 2015 to 2017 was the quicker version of the S, and many owners enjoy it on fast, winding roads. For them Accossato makes the AGPA92 front pad in EV1 street/track compound, designed for ambitious road riding and amateur circuit use. It offers a firmer, more direct bite than an everyday pad, while remaining usable on the road without race temperatures.

Construction and Material Quality
What Accossato promises for EV1 is excellent grip on public roads plus the ability to handle amateur circuit use. That puts the compound in the middle of the range: keener than the commuter pads, less specialised than the race mixes. A pad in this position should bite without a long warm-up on a crisp morning and still stay composed when a trackday session heats up the front disc of the SR.
The Quicker Sibling on Fast Roads
Because the SR gathers speed faster than the S it was derived from, the bends on a favourite country road come up sooner than you might be used to. EV1 answers that with a crisp first bite and a lever you can read, which makes trail-braking into a corner more precise. Planning an amateur trackday on this generation? Change the fluid first, make sure the pads have plenty of material left and wipe the disc with a clean cloth. Build up your pressure over the first laps rather than braking at the limit straight away. When the day is over, the same EV1 set carries you home in traffic without a cold, wooden lever, which is exactly where it differs from a pure racing compound. Riders who later start competing can step up to the EV2 or ZXC versions of this pad.
Fitment and Compatibility
AGPA92 in EV1 compound belongs on the front of the SR ZF12.5 built in 2015 and the ZF13.0 of 2016 and 2017, according to Accossato. For a newer SR, whether 2019 to 2022 or 2024, look at AGPA96 instead; the rear of every SR in the sheet takes AGPP91. Before the first fast ride, stop gently a dozen times from moderate speed so the pads can mate with the disc surface.
Road Approval
No approval documents or German ABE are available to us for this pad; it is sold for motorsport and competition use.
