DescriptionThe whole story▼
Under its tracker styling, the MT-09 Sport Tracker has the same lively triple and agile chassis as the standard bike, and it is a lot of fun on a tight, twisting road. Accossato's AGPA97EV1 is a front pad for the 2015 and 2016 Sport Tracker in the EV1 street/track compound, aimed at owners who ride it briskly on back roads and might try it at an open track day. It offers a stronger initial response than the everyday compounds while still being usable on the road.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato's EV1 is designed for riders who want more than an everyday pad without going to a pure racing material. The company describes it as providing excellent grip on the road and at amateur track level. On the Sport Tracker, it uses the same AGPA97 plate as the rest of the family, so it fits in the usual way. Accossato's aim of limiting heat to reduce fade applies to EV1 too.
Tight Roads and Quick Direction Changes
The Sport Tracker feels most at home on narrow, twisting roads where the rider flicks from one bend to the next. Stops are short and frequent, often just a quick squeeze to set the entry speed before tipping in. A sportier compound such as EV1 gives the rider more precise control over those small speed adjustments. If you take the bike to an open track day, prepare properly: new fluid, a check of the discs, and plenty of pad material. On the road, keep in mind that a sporty compound still needs a few stops to reach its working temperature on a cold morning.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato catalogues the AGPA97 for the front of the MT-09 Sport Tracker for 2015 and 2016, and the AGPP88 for its rear. Two front calipers call for two boxes, fitted together so both sides brake evenly. Clean the pistons, look at the discs, and replace old fluid. Accossato's DK077 and DKS073 discs are also listed for this model. Pump the lever until firm and bed in the pads before pushing hard.
Road Approval
This EV1 pad has no German ABE or test certificate in our records. We therefore offer the AGPA97EV1 for racing and competition use.
