Not every Triumph Rocket III Roadster owner rides slowly. The huge triple has a lot of torque, and some riders enjoy using it on open roads, braking hard for bends and accelerating out again. For them Accossato offers the AGPA58 front pad in the EV1 street/track compound. It gives a firmer, more immediate response than the everyday compounds and suits a rider who wants more bite from the front brakes of a very heavy bike.

Construction and Material Quality
In Accossato's description, EV1 delivers excellent grip for street riding and for amateur track use. On a Roadster that is ridden briskly, it provides a more direct feel at the lever and resists fading when the brakes are used hard several times in a row, as they are when a heavy bike is hustled along a winding road.
Hustling a Heavy Bike
Bringing a big cruiser down from speed for a tight bend takes real stopping power. A rider who likes to use the Roadster's torque will brake harder and more often than a relaxed cruiser, and the pads will get warm. EV1 is designed for that kind of use. It bites crisply from the start of the lever travel and keeps working as the temperature rises. That gives the rider a clearer sense of how much braking remains, which is valuable on a heavy machine.
Front Brake Setup
There are two front calipers on the Rocket III Roadster, so two boxes are needed for a full front change. Clean the pistons before retracting them, check the discs and the fluid, fit all the pads, pump the lever until firm and bed the pads in progressively.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists AGPA58 for the front of the Rocket III 2300 Roadster, model years 2010 to 2018, and AGPA92 for the rear of the same bike. Order two boxes to change both front calipers.
Road Approval
There is no ABE or German approval certificate for AGPA58EV1 in our files. It is sold for competition use.
