The Suzuki GSX-S1000GX sits tall like an adventure bike but carries an engine with sporting roots, and that combination tempts owners to ride it quickly on good mountain roads. AGPA106 in the EV1 street/track mixture is Accossato's front pad for the GSX-S1000GX from 2024 to 2026. It suits the rider who enjoys a lively pace on winding tarmac, might book a track day to explore the crossover's limits, and wants a sharper front brake than a touring compound provides.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato says that EV1 gives excellent grip on the street and for amateur riders at the track. It is the sporting road compound in the range, not a pure racing mixture. As with its other pads, Accossato also mentions slow wear, contained heat so that fade stays low, and strong stopping power.
A Crossover With a Sporting Streak
With its upright seat and wide bars, the GSX-S1000GX gives a commanding view down a mountain road, and the rider can brake late and turn in with confidence. On a fast Sunday ride that means frequent firm stops, each followed by a bend and hard acceleration. EV1 is intended for this more demanding use. If you try the GX on a circuit, remove the luggage, check tyre pressures, and make sure the brake fluid is fresh and the discs clean. Build up the pace gradually during the first session so the pads bed in properly. On the ride home they are still a road-friendly set, ready for the next tour.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato's catalogue shows AGPA106 for the GSX-S 1000 GX, 2024 to 2026. The crossover has two calipers at the front, and each box covers one of them, so two boxes complete the job. AGPP88 is the rear pad for the GX, and DK251 is Accossato's disc. The same front pad also comes as Sintered, EV2 racing and ZXC ceramic racing.

AGPA106EV1 reaches us without an ABE or German test document, so we list it for track days and competition.
