The Moto Guzzi V9 Roamer is not a sports bike, but its light handling can be enjoyed at a brisk pace on a winding road. For owners who like to ride that way, Accossato offers the EV1 street/track compound, designed for spirited road riding and amateur track use. These front pads fit the V9 Roamer from 2016 to 2017.

Construction and Material Quality
For riders who want more immediacy than a cruising pad offers, Accossato makes EV1. The company describes it as a compound with strong grip for the street that also suits amateur circuit use. It responds more directly to the lever and is designed to stay consistent as the disc heats.
A Cruiser With Quick Reflexes
On a road full of sweeping bends, the V9 Roamer can be ridden with more pace than its relaxed looks suggest. A front pad with a firmer bite helps you set corner speed accurately and gives confidence when a bend tightens. EV1 is intended to provide that while remaining civil in town. Keep in mind the Roamer's limited ground clearance: brake a little earlier and smoother, and carry less lean through the turn.
Bedding In
After fitting, make several progressively firmer stops from moderate speed, allowing the pads to cool between them. This helps the pad surface match the disc and delivers the full response.
Know Your Limits
A firmer front brake does not change the Roamer's cruiser geometry. Footrests and exhaust touch down early, so the gain from EV1 is in precise, confident stopping before the bend rather than in more lean. Use it to ride smoother, not to find the edge of the chassis.

Front fitment for the Moto Guzzi V9 Roamer, 2016 to 2017, listed by Accossato as V9 850 Roamer. One box equips one caliper; check how many your bike carries at the front. The same pad is also made as OR, ST, EV2 and ZXC. Rear pad AGPA28 and disc DKS032 are listed for this model.
