At 257 mm, the A9N is Accossato's closest length match to the 255 mm A8N in the 22 mm constant-diameter crossbar range, built from the same bar-and-two-screw-clamp format used across the series. The two millimetre difference matters where a handlebar's clamp points sit just slightly wider apart than the A8N allows for, giving fitters a second option rather than forcing a compromise fit.

Construction and Material Quality
The A9N uses the same two-piece clamp arrangement as the rest of Accossato's 22 mm crossbar range: a half-clamp on each end of the bar closes around the handlebar and is drawn down with two screws, rather than a single central bolt. Keeping the screw count at two per clamp lets the crossbar seat evenly without one side biting down harder than the other, which matters more on a short-travel adjustment like the small steps between some of the lengths in this range.
A Close Match Within the Range
Accossato lists the A9N alongside the near-identical A8N at 255 mm, and the small gap between the two exists because handlebar clamp spacing is not perfectly standardised across every model it fits. Riders who find the 255 mm A8N a touch tight, or the 265 mm A12N slightly loose, have the 257 mm A9N as the length in between. Checking the existing bar's clamp spacing before ordering avoids a bar that binds or wobbles once fitted.
Fitment and Compatibility
No fixed motorcycle list applies to the A9N; Accossato treats it as a universal crossbar for any 22 mm constant-diameter handlebar. Measure the span the crossbar needs to cover and compare it against the available lengths in the range, including the 255 mm A8N and 265 mm A12N either side of the A9N, before committing to an order.
