DescriptionThe whole story▼
Even the limited-production 1299 Superleggera, sold in 2017 with a carbon-fibre monocoque and magnesium wheels, uses the same hydraulic clutch circuit Ducati fitted across the whole Panigale lineage, so this single-hose Accossato kit covers it alongside every other model in the range. The hose follows the Clutch layout, replacing the factory rubber line on the same path to the slave cylinder regardless of how exotic the rest of the bike's specification is.
Key Features
- Single braided hose for the Superleggera's hydraulic clutch circuit
- Same part shared across the 899, 959, 1199 and 1299 Panigale generations
- Clutch (C) layout, matching the original hose routing
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Stainless steel fittings as standard, or painted stainless in red, green, blue, black or gold
- Finished ready to fit in place of the original rubber hoses
Construction and Material Quality
Stainless braid over the pressure line and a choice of bare or painted fitting, in red, green, blue, black or gold, is all this hose consists of, built the same way regardless of which Panigale it is destined for. Even on a rare, high-value machine like the Superleggera, Accossato does not treat the clutch hose any differently from the version fitted to the entry-level 899.
The Same Hose on the Rarest Panigale
It would be reasonable to expect a bespoke part for a limited-run flagship like the Superleggera, but the hydraulic clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder on this model are shared with the rest of the 1299 range, so no special hose was ever needed. That is good news for owners, since the part remains easy to source rather than being tied to a short production run.
Fitment and Compatibility
For the 1299 Superleggera built in 2017, this is the same clutch hose used on the 1199 R, 1199 S, 1299 and both the 899 and 959 that came before it. A separate, model-specific brake kit, AGA0081, handles the Standard-layout brake circuit on this Superleggera, so check the Fitment tab to be sure both the clutch and brake parts match your particular bike before placing a combined order with your workshop.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
1 braided hose for the Clutch layout. Check hollow bolts and sealing washers against the motorcycle before fitting, since these connecting parts are not necessarily included.
