DescriptionThe whole story▼
Accossato lists this single hose specifically for the Yamaha WR250F built between 2017 and 2019, covering the front brake line for that particular version of the bike. Yamaha revised the WR250F's chassis and suspension more than once during its long production life, and the brake hose fitment changed enough between those updates that this three-year window needs its own part rather than sharing one with the model years either side of it. Riders racing this specific model year sometimes find the factory hose starting to show its age sooner than expected, given how much this bike gets used off-road rather than left to sit.
Key Features
- Single front brake hose for the 2017–2019 WR250F
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Painted stainless steel fittings in red, green, blue, black or gold
- Built to the Standard (S) layout
- Packaged as a complete braided hose kit, ready to fit
Construction and Material Quality
This hose pairs a stainless braid sheath with fittings made from stainless steel, available painted in five colours or bare. Because it is the only hose in the kit, the colour chosen reads clearly along its whole length, which some riders use as a quick visual check that the brake line has already been upgraded before a race.
Why This Model Year Stands Alone
Rather than folding this three-year window into the wider WR250F listing that spans 2007–2014 and 2020–2023, Accossato treats 2017–2019 as its own fitment because of a change in hose length or routing introduced during that period. The hose still follows the Standard layout, taking the same path the factory line used.
Fitment and Compatibility
This hose fits the Yamaha WR250F built between 2017 and 2019. For the earlier and later production spells of the WR250F, Accossato lists a different hose under part AGA0287, which also covers the WR450F and YZ250FX, and for the 2015–2016 model years there is a separate two-hose kit, part AGF9023. A workshop unsure which of the WR250F's several hose fitments applies to a given bike should check the frame number and build year carefully, since the differences between model years are not always obvious from the outside.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The kit contains 1 braided hose for the Standard layout. Fittings such as banjo bolts and copper sealing washers are not listed as included, so it is worth checking the connecting hardware already on the bike before starting the job.
