Covering a full decade of production from 2006 to 2016, this Accossato kit fits the Yamaha YZF-R6 with three hoses built to the Full-length layout, each running directly from the master cylinder to the caliper it feeds. A huge number of R6s from this era have spent time on track, and the stock rubber hoses on bikes this old have typically aged well past the point where they still deliver a crisp lever, which is where a braided replacement makes the biggest difference. A decade is a long production run for a supersport, and Yamaha's changes to the R6 over that time were mostly cosmetic and electronic rather than structural, which is why one hose kit still covers it.

Construction and Material Quality
Each hose is built from a stainless braid sheath with fittings made from stainless steel, offered painted in five colours or left bare on this part. On an older bike that may already be running a mix of replacement parts, picking a braid colour that matches other recent additions is an easy way to tidy up the overall look.
One Kit Across Several Model Updates
Yamaha revised the R6's bodywork and electronics more than once across this decade without changing the fundamental three-hose Full-length brake layout, which is why Accossato lists one kit rather than splitting it by sub-generation; every line still runs on its own from the master cylinder to the caliper it serves.
Fitment and Compatibility
This kit fits the Yamaha YZF-R6 built between 2006 and 2016. For the later 2017–2020 R6, Accossato lists a separate Full-length kit for the non-ABS version, part AGA0203, and a Standard-layout kit for the ABS version, part AGA0170. Given how many of these bikes have already had other components replaced over the years, this kit is often ordered alongside other servicing work rather than on its own.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.

The kit contains 3 braided hoses for the Full-Length layout. Fittings such as banjo bolts and copper sealing washers are not listed as included, so it is worth checking the connecting hardware already on the bike before starting the job.
