DescriptionThe whole story▼
Set apart from the long 2016–2025 production run, a 2018-only 125SX uses a single braided hose from Accossato, part of a code built around that one specific year rather than the bike's whole lifespan. The grouping otherwise spans a very early 2001–2003 SX-S two-stroke, a recent GasGas MC 250, and a 2004 Husqvarna four-stroke that predates the 125SX by well over a decade. The fitting can be ordered plain in stainless steel or painted in one of five colours.
Key Features
- Single braided hose for the 2018 125SX
- Standard S-layout routing
- Stainless steel or painted stainless fittings in five colours
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Shared part number across unrelated brands and years
Construction and Material Quality
This hose is stainless aeronautical braid finished with a fitting the buyer can leave bare in stainless steel or have painted in one of five colours, and the braid itself spans the usual twenty shades. Because only one line is involved, fitting it is a smaller job than any of the two-hose kits elsewhere in Accossato's catalogue.
A Snapshot of Just One Calendar Year
Every bike on this part number happens to share this one hose, but almost none of them were built in the same year as each other; the 2018 125SX is the only KTM-badged motocrosser on the list from that exact season. The wider 2016–2025 125SX production run instead uses the two-hose AGA0261, which does not apply to this single, isolated 2018 model year at all. Ordering by model name alone risks picking the wrong kit here, since the 125SX name alone spans several completely different Accossato part numbers.
Fitment and Compatibility
For the 2018 125SX, this single hose is the listed fitment. Beyond that year, the same part number reaches the GasGas MC 250F, the Husqvarna FX 450 from 2022, the 2018 Husqvarna TC 250, and the 150SX, 250SX, 250SX-F and 350SX-F from that same 2018 model year.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The kit contains 1 braided hose for the Standard layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
