DescriptionThe whole story▼
Honda's flagship superbike, the CBR 1000 RR-R SP, sold from 2020 with high-specification brake hardware as standard, takes this five-hose Accossato kit built to the Standard layout, replacing every rubber hose in the circuit on the same path the factory used. The same part also covers the 30th Anniversary edition sold in 2022 and 2023, since both share identical brake hardware beneath their different paint schemes, and neither version needs a different hose count or routing to fit this kit correctly.
Key Features
- Five-hose set for the CBR 1000 RR-R SP, Standard (S) layout matching the stock routing
- Same part also covers the 30th Anniversary edition
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Stainless steel fittings throughout, no painted option on this kit
- Firmer, more consistent lever feel than the original rubber hoses
- Finished ready to fit in place of the original rubber hoses
Construction and Material Quality
A stainless mesh sleeve over the pressure line, finished at both ends in plain, uncoloured stainless, is what each of these five hoses comes down to. Even Honda's flagship superbike gets no special treatment here: the full twenty-colour sheath range applies exactly as it does on any other Accossato kit in the catalogue.
A Flagship Shared Between Two Liveries
The 30th Anniversary edition of this Honda flagship brought a special paint scheme marking the model's heritage, but the brake callipers and master cylinder underneath are identical to the standard SP, which is why one five-hose kit covers both. A workshop fitting this set follows the same job whichever livery is on the tank, with no difference in hose length, routing or connection points between the two.
Fitment and Compatibility
This kit fits the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SP sold between 2020 and 2024, and the same part also covers the 30th Anniversary edition sold in 2022 and 2023. No alternative layout is listed for this flagship model; confirm the exact model year against the Fitment tab before ordering, since the Anniversary edition was sold only during those two specific model years noted above.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
5 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Check hollow bolts and sealing washers against the motorcycle before fitting, since these connecting parts are not necessarily included.
