DescriptionThe whole story▼
This seven-hose kit covers the full front and rear brake circuit, including the ABS module, on the Honda CB 650 R, built in 2019 and 2020, following the Standard layout the factory used. Seven hoses is a substantial count for a mid-size naked bike, reflecting the extra connection points an ABS-equipped dual-disc front end brings into the circuit between the master cylinder and the three callipers it ultimately feeds, front and rear alike.
Key Features
- Seven-hose set for the CB650R, Standard (S) layout matching the stock routing
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Stainless steel fittings throughout, no painted option on this kit
- Covers the full ABS brake circuit
- Firmer, more consistent lever feel than the original rubber hoses
- Finished ready to fit in place of the original rubber hoses
Construction and Material Quality
What makes up each of these seven hoses is a stainless mesh wrapped over the pressure line, finished at both ends in plain, uncoloured stainless rather than a painted option. The larger hose count here does not shrink the colour choice: the full twenty-shade sheath range still applies in full.
A Dual-Disc ABS Circuit
The CB650R's twin front discs and ABS module between them account for the seven separate hoses this kit needs, each covering one section of the circuit between the master cylinder, the ABS hardware and the three callipers front and rear. The routing itself follows the Standard pattern exactly, with no hose taking an unusual path through the frame, and nothing about the arrangement differing from a smaller, simpler Standard kit elsewhere in the range.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato records just this single seven-hose part for the Honda CB 650 R ABS, sold in 2019 and 2020, with no alternative layout or hose count listed against this particular model. Confirm your bike's exact production year on the Fitment tab before ordering, since this naked Honda was replaced by later updates that may carry different brake hardware under revised model-year badging, specification changes and market-specific trim levels across different regions.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
7 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Check hollow bolts and sealing washers against the motorcycle before fitting, since these connecting parts are not necessarily included.
