ECE-22.06-zertifiziert und ausgestattet mit durchdachter Belüftung, werkzeugfreiem Visiersystem und herausnehmbarem Innenfutter ist dieser Integralhelm auf dem morgendlichen Arbeitsweg genauso stark wie bei der Sonntagsausfahrt.

ADT-Advanced-Thermoplastic-Schale
KYT hat die TT-Revo-Schale im Windkanal entwickelt und das aerodynamische Profil verfeinert, um Verwirbelungen und Ermüdung bei Straßengeschwindigkeit zu reduzieren. Die ADT-Advanced-Thermoplastic-Konstruktion bietet eine hohe Stoßfestigkeit bei einem Gewicht von nur etwa 1.500 g ± 50 g (Größe S) — leicht genug für den täglichen Einsatz, ohne sich dünn anzufühlen. Drei Schalengrößen über die gesamte Spanne von XS bis XXL sorgen dafür, dass der Helm eng am Kopf anliegt, statt lose zu sitzen — ein Vorteil, der sich besonders auf längeren Fahrten bemerkbar macht.
Visiersystem — klare Sicht bei jedem Wetter
Das kratzfeste Polycarbonat-Visier ist auf Vielseitigkeit ausgelegt. Ein neuer Visier-Lock-Mechanismus verhindert ungewolltes Abheben bei hoher Geschwindigkeit, während die werkzeugfreie Entriegelung einen Visierwechsel in Sekunden am Straßenrand ermöglicht. Das Visier ist für den Einsatz eines Pinlock MaxVision 70-Einsatzes vorbereitet, um Beschlagen bei Kälte oder Nässe zu verhindern, und ist zudem tear-off-kompatibel für den Trackday-Einsatz. Komfort-Innenfutter und Interieur
Im Inneren des TT-Revo leitet ein bi-elastisches, atmungsaktives Stofffutter Feuchtigkeit von der Haut ab und sorgt für eine dauerhaft stabile Passform. Die Wangenpolster sind herausnehmbar und austauschbar, das gesamte Innenfutter ist maschinenwaschbar, und das Interieur ist so geformt, dass es Brillenträgern komfortablen Halt bietet. Eine interkom-vorbereitete Aussparung bedeutet, dass die Montage eines universellen Gegensprechanlagen-Lautsprechersystems keine Veränderung an der Schale erfordert.
Belüftung
Fünf große vordere Lufteinlässe leiten den Luftstrom über das EPS-Futter und entweichen durch vier hintere Abluftöffnungen unterhalb des Heckspoilers. Das Ergebnis ist ein gleichmäßiger Durchzug, der Hitze und Feuchtigkeit effizient abführt — praktisch im Stop-and-go-Verkehr ebenso wie bei einer warmen Trackday-Session am Vormittag.
Verschlusssystem
Ein mikrometrischer Metallschnallenverschluss — in den technischen Daten als Zahnriemen-Schnellverschluss bezeichnet — ermöglicht eine präzise, wiederholbare Einstellung, ohne mit einem D-Ring hantieren zu müssen. Das ist besonders praktisch mit Handschuhen und macht den Helm im Alltag einfacher zu handhaben.
