Der Arai RX-7V Evo in Blade Yellow steht für den absoluten Höhepunkt der Arai Helm-Ingenieurskunst — ein rennsportgeprägter Integralhelm aus einer hochwertigen Faserverbund-Schale, zertifiziert nach dem anspruchsvollen ECE 22.06 Standard. Aufbauend auf Jahrzehnten der Grand-Prix-Entwicklung bringt diese Weiterentwicklung des ikonischen RX-7V eine verfeinerte Innenarchitektur und verbesserte Materialien für Fahrer, die keine Kompromisse zwischen Straßenleistung und rennstreckentauglichem Schutz eingehen wollen.

Schale und Bauweise
Die Schale des RX-7V Evo wird von Hand aus Arais Faserverbundmaterial laminiert — derselben Materialphilosophie, die die Marke seit Jahrzehnten auf höchstem Motorsport-Niveau einsetzt. Dies ist kein kostenoptimiertes Verbundmaterial, sondern ein sorgfältig konstruiertes Laminat, das ausgewählt wurde, weil es Aufprallenergie ableiten und abgleiten lassen kann, statt ihr lediglich Widerstand zu leisten. Mit etwa 1,550 g (± 50 g) erreicht der Helm eine Balance, die ihn echt konkurrenzfähig zu teureren Carbon-Alternativen macht, während Arais renommierte Schalenintegrität erhalten bleibt.
Das Blade Yellow Design wird in einer Hochglanz-Ausführung aufgetragen, die die klaren Linien der RX-7V-Evo-Silhouette betont. Beachten Sie, dass sich bei Größe XL die Außenschale um eine Größe vergrößert (Schale 86 auf Schale 88), was bei der Wahl der Passform für die Strecke zu berücksichtigen ist.
Innenausstattung und Komfort
Die EVO-Generation bringt wesentliche Innenraum-Überarbeitungen gegenüber dem ursprünglichen RX-7V. Die aktualisierten Wangenpolster verlegen die seitlichen Luftkanäle an die Rückseite des Polsters, wodurch Druckstellen gegen Brillengestelle reduziert und die Ergonomie bei längeren Fahrten insgesamt verbessert werden. Das Passform-Profil ist eng und renn-orientiert geschnitten — Fahrer, die mehr Innenraum für Brillen benötigen, sollten beachten, dass der RX-7V Evo auf eine leistungsorientierte Passform optimiert und für den regelmäßigen Gebrauch mit Brille generell nicht empfohlen ist.
Visier und Sicht
Arai stattet den RX-7V Evo serienmäßig mit dem VAS MAX Vision Visier aus — einer Scheibe mit großer Öffnung, die entwickelt wurde, um das periphere Sichtfeld zu maximieren und optische Verzerrungen bei hoher Geschwindigkeit zu reduzieren. Das Visier ist Pinlock-vorbereitet, und ein Pinlock-Antibeschlag-Einsatz liegt bei, sodass der Helm direkt aus der Verpackung bei jedem Wetter einsatzbereit ist.
