Maintenance
Dust and grit find their way into any moving part. Before replacing the mechanism, it is worth cleaning the area with a soft brush and checking whether the sun visor itself is damaged. If the movement stays stiff or the visor slips, the mechanism is the part to change. Keep oil and sprays away from it unless the helmet's own manual allows them.
Fitting
