DescriptionThe whole story▼
Breath that rises from behind the chin bar ends up on the inside of the visor, and on a cold, damp morning that is where your view goes first. The nose guard AC0800P is the small piece that sits under the visor opening of the Skwal i3 and turns that breath downward. If the original has gone missing, torn, or lost its shape after a few winters, this is the replacement Shark lists for it.
Key Features
- Nose guard for the Skwal i3, Shark part number AC0800P
- Supplier designation NOSE GUARD, in the French list CACHE NEZ
- One version only: code BLK, black
- One universal size, independent of helmet size
- Listed weight 0.007 kg
- Customs tariff number 3926909790
Fitting
Before you pull the old guard out, look at how it is held at the chin bar and take a photo if it helps. The new part goes back into the same position the original occupied. We are not going to describe a mounting method we have not seen for this exact number: your old guard is the best template you have.
Care
A nose guard sits right in the stream of your breath, so it collects moisture, skin oil and road dust. Rinse it under lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap, then let it dry in the open air before the helmet goes back into its bag. Keep solvents and fuel-based cleaners away from it, as you would from the visor.
Supplied as
The delivery is the guard itself, variant number AC0800PBLKTU. The listing names nothing else in the pack, so do not count on spare fixings or a second guard.
Before you order
Shark does not list this guard against the Skwal i3 in a model column. The assignment comes from the number range: the other AC08 lines in the price list all belong to the Skwal i3. A glance at the number on your old part or in your helmet paperwork settles it before you buy; if it reads AC0800P, you are in the right place.
