When the helmet itself is the answer
This kit is for locks that have worn, been lost during a strip-down or stopped engaging cleanly with use. It is not a repair for a helmet that has hit the ground. If the chin bar or the shell took an impact, the locking parts are only one of the things that may have been damaged, and much of the rest cannot be seen. In that case, have the helmet assessed or replace it.
Ordering by part number
Small shell and large shell use different numbers. For the large OXO shell, Shark lists a separate chin bar locking kit, FX8734P. Look at the label inside your helmet or the number on the old parts; if it reads FX8724P, you have the small shell and this is the kit. The SKU is FX8724PBLKTU.

Shark's price list enters FX8724P against the OXO, and the shell size is in the designation itself. The fit shown here rests on those two points only: OXO, small shell.
Fitting
Open the chin bar fully, note where each locking part sits and in which direction any spring acts, and change one side at a time. After fitting, close the chin bar several times and pull on it firmly each time. It must lock on both sides without you having to press it into place.
