Sizing
The sizes here are thicknesses, not helmet sizes. If your current pads fit well and are only worn, order the same thickness again. If the helmet has always felt tight on the cheeks, go one step thinner; if it moves when you turn your head quickly, one step thicker. The thickness is usually marked on the old pad.
Ordering by part number
The variants read IN5065PSLV25, IN5065PSLV30 and IN5065PSLV35, with the thickness at the end. There is no 40 mm option in this article, so if your helmet came with thicker pads, check your old part number before ordering.
Keeping it serviceable
Wipe the pads with a damp cloth after hot days. When they need a proper wash, do it by hand in lukewarm water with mild soap, press the water out gently and let them dry at room temperature. Put them back only when completely dry.

One set of cheek pads in the chosen thickness. The crown liner is a separate article, IN5055P. The Spartan GT is named in Shark's own article description, and we name no other helmet.
